Stochastic Cerebrations

Our prayers should be for blessings in general, for God knows best what is good for us. -Socrates  Delhi, Mysore, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Mumbai - Few cities which have a decent share in the pie of my life. One thing which is common with all of them is the diversity in "Religion". We all come across this word almost every hour. It is one term that should have been the most august one but ricochets for all the wrong reasons. Its another terminology which has become a part of our lives and we've learnt to live with it. We know it is famous as it managed to get a slot in the news channels, space in the news paper, very easily. Few things which reminds us of the fact the world is made up of many faiths are - Riots, honor killing, terrorism etc.   I am not the type of person who keeps on chanting mantras, shlokas all the time. Consider a situation where you are signing a pact with  chariness, lack of authenticity and selfishness. You might ruin, in fact poison the relationship even before laying the foundation stone. People with whom you are dealing with will have a hard time in the face of your  incredulity, they won't be disputed to rise to your level of expectations. Over the years, I've learnt one thing. O ne should prefer concentrating on the goodwill of mortals who are doing work with you. No matter what you do, where you go, you are bound to encounter those handful of people who will try their very best to disappoint to you but eventually you'll understand that is their sole purpose of life. One thing, which I've understood during PG course is the importance of an open mind and an open heart but that just increases the vulnerability.  Maybe, one should give others a chance to live up to our trust and others should not be on a hunt to try to cultivate trust in spite of knowing...
