On the other side..

P.S.: I am not referring to the short movie "On the other side"

It always looks better. The other side, the grass on the other side. Not just the grass, also the food on the neighbor's plate, your friend's car, your boss's secretary, your friends job and the list can go on and on!

Till yesterday evening, I used to believe "The grass is always greener on the other side" ..but what followed after dinner completely changed my perspective. "The grass is always greener and harder on the other side".

We all take so much for granted. It is always difficult to be content with your current    situation, to be able to resist the temptation of what others have requires a hell lot of dimaagi santulan!

It's not only the two legged species who have this issue, it happens with canines. Feed one..feed another..you'll find the 1st canine leaving his share and attacking the 2nd one's share first! Just to be able to get a bite of that interdicted food on the other side (that may just look so much tastier).

Anyways, coming to the point..It was the time to play the role of a HR personnel(HR :O have I gone mad?) as it was the round 2 Finaholics recruitment - Group Discussion . Dumb fishes barking like anything.  There were a few who can be called as "andho mei kaana raja" but still they remain DUMB!

Listening to their views on ice breaker topics like "A pink pyjama on top of red fort"  or "Premarital sex" or "twinkle twinkle little stars" or "And the clock struck 13" ..had me rolling on the the floor! Had there been a translucent glass in between the panel and the group, I am sure the complete panel would have been "literally" doing ROFL!

The most interesting group was "Premarital sex" ..girls going crazy and boys blushing! Suggesting what..how..where? And to my surprise they managed to link it with economic development..specifically the hotel and condom industry! The panel, Sheesha..Harry..Spocky..all stunned and me LMAO! I love this group.

The beautiful topic "The Last few lines" ..was turned into an obituary! Panel members.. R.I.P! :(

It's always easier to say that grading a GD is not a big task..but honestly speaking it is!  Grading any group is not a child's play(HR ppl...respect). Paying attention to all those fishes(7 in group) and noticing those 5-6 parameters is TOUGH esp. in a span of 15mins!

The other side is tough..harder even though it is greener (after all you can use variety social networking tools..if you are on a panel :) )
