Unpredictable - one word which describes life. Two things which aren't accountable to anyone - Life and Death. You might be planning something and the very next moment it might not materialize, for your life has ended abruptly. Confessing our love to some one for whom our heart beats is tough. Procrastination is what we believe in. What if the day assigned for that work doesn't come? Or you aren't there to see the sun rise that day? The book revolves around these few questions. Has it ever struck to you what would happen if your life were to end all of a sudden? What happens to your loved ones? Will they ever know how special they were for you?


Entrusted with a strange responsibility of the last words of a dead man, the protagonist along with his friends sets upon a road trip to unravel the mysteries and put together the pieces of the dead man's intriguing story. The book is about where a diary takes them and how their lives are affected.



A good read for those enjoy fiction with a concoction of realism.  It describes the journey through someone's heart and his love. As with most love stories, Unexpected events takes place causing deep injuries to the ones who had faced it. Destiny, is something which decides what happens next in our life and sometimes the decision appears to be in our favor and sometimes it doesn't. It decides do we really deserve what we are longing for.

Lost in it completely, for me it was a roller coaster of few hours, with heart-touching moments. The book highlights how difficult it is to discover what's hidden in the heart of the person you really want to be with. It can take days/months or even years to really discover what's hidden but the book does it in 240 pages and each page is to be cherished for!



The story is simple, written in a straightforward manner and moves at a steady pace. The story will force you to tell those close to you how much you care.

 "Today and always, beyond tomorrow, I need you beside me, always as my best friend, lover and forever soul mate"  is more than apt for this book and the feelings it conveys.

Ramblings Again!

Consider a situation where you are signing a pact with  chariness, lack of authenticity and selfishness. You might ruin, in fact poison the relationship even before laying the foundation stone. People with whom you are dealing with will have a hard time in the face of your  incredulity, they won't be disputed to rise to your level of expectations. Over the years, I've learnt one thing. O ne should prefer concentrating on the goodwill of mortals who are doing work with you. No matter what you do, where you go, you are bound to encounter those handful of people who will try their very best to disappoint to you but eventually you'll understand that is their sole purpose of life. One thing, which I've understood during PG course is the importance of an open mind and an open heart but that just increases the vulnerability.  Maybe, one should give others a chance to live up to our trust and others should not be on a hunt to try to cultivate trust in spite of knowing

And here it is..Century!

So, the day has arrived. Finally! 100th post of my blog. I struggled with what should be the milestone post! Should it be prolific? Idealistic in nature. Broad in scope. So, I struggled. Back in 2007, few of my friends were bitten by the bug of blogging. Somehow, I managed  to spend one complete year, protecting myself from being bitten by this bug. But then, in 2008, my immunity gave in and I was affected by it. Over the years, I've seen myself maturing and its direct impact is visible in my posts. What started as a fun filled blog illustrating some of the interesting incidents of my under graduation, recipes which I used to cook(I don't have a kitchen now, only 3-4 outlets to survive apart from the mess where I hardly eat) to feelings which I used to pen down, now contains rants, poems, videos, pictures and not to forget articles. I had almost given up blogging last year but this year I started again. There was this intense drive from within to go on writing and
