I too had a love story..

A software engineer by profession and a true lover by fate, Ravinder Singh. The novel talks about the joy of friendship, griefs and troubles that one faces while travelling on the highway of life.


The title itself tells the reader what to expect from the book and the review by Mr. NRN Murthy is ‘Simple, honest and touching'. The book describes the instances of his personal life. The essence of love and relationships in the lives of youngsters and those who have sacrificed something for other’s happiness is beautifully captured. The author succeeds in conveying his emotions to the reader and anybody who is in love can probably relate to it.



Every line you read in the book makes you feel the honesty of the author. As I neared the ending, the climax became very evident and clear where it was heading towards. Here is where every line actually touches you and you feel for the author.


The book unravels various facets which life can have– pleasant for some and ruthless to others. The book illustrates the fact that life isn’t always idyllic and one should, if in love, should love truly!

    I never knew such a day would come where I would first let someone read my books, then read their reviews and then get down to reading them.. Nevertheless, the good thing about your reviews is that they don't give out the essence of the story. Just makes you think, and probably want to read as well.

Ramblings Again!

Consider a situation where you are signing a pact with  chariness, lack of authenticity and selfishness. You might ruin, in fact poison the relationship even before laying the foundation stone. People with whom you are dealing with will have a hard time in the face of your  incredulity, they won't be disputed to rise to your level of expectations. Over the years, I've learnt one thing. O ne should prefer concentrating on the goodwill of mortals who are doing work with you. No matter what you do, where you go, you are bound to encounter those handful of people who will try their very best to disappoint to you but eventually you'll understand that is their sole purpose of life. One thing, which I've understood during PG course is the importance of an open mind and an open heart but that just increases the vulnerability.  Maybe, one should give others a chance to live up to our trust and others should not be on a hunt to try to cultivate trust in spite of knowing

And here it is..Century!

So, the day has arrived. Finally! 100th post of my blog. I struggled with what should be the milestone post! Should it be prolific? Idealistic in nature. Broad in scope. So, I struggled. Back in 2007, few of my friends were bitten by the bug of blogging. Somehow, I managed  to spend one complete year, protecting myself from being bitten by this bug. But then, in 2008, my immunity gave in and I was affected by it. Over the years, I've seen myself maturing and its direct impact is visible in my posts. What started as a fun filled blog illustrating some of the interesting incidents of my under graduation, recipes which I used to cook(I don't have a kitchen now, only 3-4 outlets to survive apart from the mess where I hardly eat) to feelings which I used to pen down, now contains rants, poems, videos, pictures and not to forget articles. I had almost given up blogging last year but this year I started again. There was this intense drive from within to go on writing and
